Provisional private beta
Provisional beta terms
These provisional terms describe the free, invite-only, adult personal-study beta, including your responsibilities and how account deletion works.
Invitation and eligibility
The private beta is available only to invited people aged 18 or older using their own account. It is free, personal self-study only, and may not be used for grading, admissions, employment, institutional assessment, or another consequential decision. Public registration, paid checkout, and general availability are not offered.
What you may import
You must have the right to use any document or passage you import.
You retain any rights you hold in imported material. You authorize LearningBored and its named processors to copy, host, transform, and delete it only as needed to provide, support, and secure the beta. This does not grant you rights in third-party material or permission to republish it.
Do not submit confidential third-party material, disclosed certification questions, exam dumps, pirated works, or content whose use would violate law, contract, or another person’s rights.
Private study use
Boards, figures, and recall items are personal study artifacts. The beta has no public sharing, marketplace, or cross-account access surface, and it may not be used to republish source works.
Generated material
Boards, recall items, and depictive figures are AI-generated study aids and can be incomplete or wrong. Source anchors help you inspect what came from the passage, but they do not make the product a substitute for the source, an instructor, or professional advice. Verify important details against the source.
Chalk during beta
Chalk is an internal generation unit during the invitation-only beta, not a stored-value account. There is no public purchase or subscription flow. Any future commercial terms require a separate, effective agreement before payment is accepted.
Prohibited use
- Do not probe for or attempt cross-user access.
- Do not bypass generation limits or abuse provider-backed workflows.
- Do not use the service to create or distribute cheating material.
- Do not upload malware or interfere with service operation.
Suspension, termination, and deletion
Beta access may be withdrawn for safety, abuse, or operational reasons. Account and artifact deletion requests are handled through the staged private-beta procedure. New access is blocked while cleanup continues; previously issued Reader download links can remain valid for up to 30 minutes. If a storage write cannot be confirmed, deletion can remain pending indefinitely; the ownership and cleanup records are retained until it can be completed. Final notice, termination, liability, governing-law, and dispute terms remain pending before the beta expands.
Beta availability and responsibility
The beta may change, pause, or end and is not promised to be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular outcome. You remain responsible for checking generated study material against the source and for how you use it. Nothing in this provisional draft excludes a mandatory right or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded; final warranty and liability language remains pending with the operator and jurisdiction facts.
Provisional status and contact
Support, privacy, security, and copyright or takedown notices can be sent to [email protected]. The legal operator, geographic address, governing law, and complete liability language remain pending under the owner-approved provisional private-beta process. That process does not create an exemption from applicable law. Qualified counsel review is mandatory before public signup, payment, access by minors, institutional use, or consequential use.
